Apple Pecan Pudding Cake


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  1. Layer the ingredients in the order given into a wide mouth canning jar. Pack each layer into place beforeadding the next ingredient.
  2. Attach a gift tag with the mixing and cooking instructions.
